With experience since 1974, Valley Pools & Spas has expanded into an ultimate, multi-service store with locations in Burnsville, Andover and Brainerd, Minn., and Hudson, Wis. All of Valley Pools & Spas' managers and many employees continually attend seminars each year around the globe to stay current with new technologies, new chemicals, the newest methods to improve customer satisfaction.
Valley Pools & Spas has been a leader in the spa and pool community since its inception. Hilary Berczyk, owner of Valley Pools & Spas, has been greatly involved with the largest professional pool and spa organization, APSP (The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals), as president, board member and many other appointed positions to the MN local chapter since 1984. Hilary has been instrumental in helping to set new safety regulations and to bring the pool and spa industry to its highest ethical standards. Valley is proud to be an APSP member and has seen great changes and accountability within the pool and spa industry because of their hard work and dedication.

History
Valley Pools & Spas had somewhat humble beginnings, starting in Hilary and Bonnie Berczyk's garage and home in 1974 as a service-only business. Now, it is a nationally-recognized, award-winning company selling, installing and servicing a variety of products. Today, Valley Pools & Spas is able to handle virtually any service need from installing your pool, to delivering a new spa to servicing your equipment with our 18-vehicle fleet.
Company highlights:
- 2009 - Awarded the BBB Circle of Winners Award and received the Marquis Spas 20 Year Service Award.
- 2008 - Awarded the Angie's List Super Service Award. Received the Marquis Spas Top Sales Volume in the Eastern U.S. award.
- 2007 - BBB Integrity Award Winner. Awarded an APSP Gold Award of Excellence for Residential Inground Pools.
- 2003 - New store opened in Hudson, WI.
- 2002 - New store opened in Brainerd, MN.
- 1999 - Valley Pools & Spas celebrates 25th anniversary and provided the pool to hold the hull of the Titanic!
- 1998 - Opened second store and celebrated 10 years as a Marquis Spa Dealer with more than 10,000 customers. Received BioGuard Dealer Success Story Award for outstanding achievement in building customer loyalty.
- 1978 - Opened first store in Burnsville, MN.
- 1974 - Started Valley Pools service store in the Berczyk's home and garage.
