Pulliam Pools
Pulliam Pools is a Dallas-area contractor specializing in concrete pools, spas and waterfeatures. It was listed as one of the Pool & Spa News Top 50 Builders, and is a member of the Aquatech Society of Pool Building and Retailing Professionals.
Based in Fort Worth, the builder also has offices in Hudson Oaks and Katy, Texas.

History
Known as one of the country's oldest pool builders, Pulliam Pools was an off-shoot of a concrete contractor founded in 1916 by Theo Pulliam. His son and second-generation owner, Doren, purchased the first gunite rig in the area and helped develop the process of pneumatically applying concrete that has become the standard.
From 1984 to 2009, Doren's son Barry owned and ran the company.
Notable Figures
In 2009, the company was sold to two long-time employees -- Debra Smith and Mike Clark. Smith now serves as the company's president, while Clark is vice president and sales manager. Barry Pulliam remains on in a consulting capacity until 2024.
