Career History
No stranger to managing associations, Mitch has been serving nonprofits organizations for over twenty five years. He has a degree in nonprofit administration from Salem College in Salem, WV. Mitch has served with national organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and the YMCA. He founded VCI with business partner Andy Mallison in 1997. Since that time, the company has successfully grown, serving organizations such as chapters in the Florida Swimming Pool Association, S.W. Florida Pool & Spa Foundation, Genesis 3 Design Group, the International Hot Tub Association, the National Pool & Spa Research Foundation and the National Plasterers Council.
Recognition
Mitch’s leadership has been recognized by the Florida Swimming Pool Association, Boy Scouts of America, Boys & Girls Clubs of Charlotte County, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and many other professional and service organizations.
