Activities

The Florida Swimming Pool Association is a not-for-profit trade group for the Florida pool and spa industry. Originally known as Region 7 under the auspices of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (formerly NSPI), FSPA became an APSP Affiliate in 2000; currently, it is an independent organization.

Besides coordinating its 16 chapters, FSPA provides government relations representation on behalf of its members to the Florida Building Commission, the Construction Industry Licensing Board, the Florida Department of Health and other legislative bodies that regulate the Florida pool/spa industry.

FSPA's Orlando Pool & Spa Show is held at the Orange County Convention Center, attracting approximately 4,000 attendees and exhibitors each year. The show's educational track includes seminars, workshops and hands-on classes on technical and business topics.
