Bill Weber

Bill Weber, CAE, was appointed president/CEO of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals in 2005. An attorney and former consultant, his background includes management positions at several organizations.

For six years, Weber was vice chairman and acting executive director of the Leadership Forum International, which helps develop ethical leadership and government in economies that are in transition. Prior to that, he was executive director of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals for nearly four years. He also has served as president/CEO of the Farm Credit Council; a partner in Furash & Co., a strategic consulting firm in Washington, D.C.; a partner in the Boston law firm Sullivan & Worcester; and counsel to the U.S. Senate Banking Committee’s Subcommittee on Financial Institutions.

At University of Michigan, he attained an undergraduate degree in economics and a law degree.
